WHAT IS JMDP?
The Junior Marketers Development Program (JMDP) is designed to develop emerging marketing talent within Rotman Commerce. Targeted towards first-year students, the JMDP will provide you tangible support on professional development, equip you with necessary skill sets in nearly any career in business, help you start building network and connections within Rotman, and connect you to other like-minded people in the RCMA!
The JMDP program is an opportunity for you to develop your professional experience, business aptitude, marketing expertise, our student community, and your network at Rotman Commerce.
RESEARCH SQUAD
RCMA also provides a 'Research Squad' program for all Rotman first-year students
In the Research Squad, you will have the same perks as JMDP + exclusive perks of a mentee experience with the directors of development, researching and assisting RCMA in writing our marketing-focused monthly newsletter, and gaining Capstone case project experience!
* Please note * Due to unique nature of the Research Squad, limited positions are available. Those unsuccessful in joining the Research Squad are automatically enrolled into JMDP.
