What is the Junior Mentorship Program?

The Junior Mentorship Program is designed to develop emerging marketing talent within Rotman Commerce. Targeted towards first and second year students, the program will:

Connect you with an experienced upper-year RCMA member through a mentorship that fosters meaningful connections, lasting relationships, and professional growth.

Provide tangible support for professional development.

Equip you with the skills needed to pursue a wide range of careers in business.

Moreover, mentees will gain marketing experience through a hands-on marketing project!
